2. Question: Do Members of the Lost Tribes Have to be Circumcised?

Answer: It may be that there is no formal obligation for members of the Lost Ten Tribes to be circumcised since circumcision is part of the Law for which the Lost Ten Tribes are not obliged at present. Nevertheless circumcision could be considered something of a "border case" since much is dependent upon it and it was given to Abraham (Genesis 17:10).
