Answer:

You question is actually more complicated than it seems and several points
are involved in the answer:
First of all Brit-Am has important supporters who are "black" and/or "colored".
We recognize them as Israelites and as moved by Divine Providence to
identify with us.

In Ancient Israel (as discussed in "The Tribes") there were different types
of people including
those who were very fair and those who were quite dark but on the whole the
Northern (fair)
and Mediterranean (intermediate) types predominated according to the
evidence we have seen.

Our message is primarily to people in the west whose ancestors mostly came
from Western Europe.
They mainly happen to be white but in my opinion should not feel kinship
with other
white people who are not of Israelite origin.

We do not claim exclusivity on this matter nor authority beyond our mandate.

We do not claim the gift of prophecy. A false prophet can incur the death
penalty (Deuteronomy 13:1-5).
Nevertheless to some degree our exertions resulted in a degree of  what we
consider to be inspiration that Prophecy can shed light on.
In the Bible the Prophets were often told to do things, e.g. Hosea to marry
a loose woman, Ezekiel to lay on his side.
These actions involved the prophet physically in what he was about and this
led to him identifying with the subject
he had to speak of.

A certain need existed and we came along and fulfilled it and are still
doing so.
Due to circumstance of birth Yair Davidiy was involved with both Judah and
Joseph.
We can speak with some authority on that which we found ourselves amongst
and on other matters we can only point out the sources hoping that things
will become clear later
possibly due to the researches and efforts of others.

Many  "black" people are descended  at least in part from Joseph and Judah.
Concerning Judah they are in the category of "Lost Jews".

There was also the principle of the stranger amongst you who identifies
with you being considered
as part of the tribe amongst which he dwells  (Ezekiel 47:22) .

Our understanding of Isaiah (45:14) is that the descendants of  Africans
who were taken as slaves to Israelite nations will
eventually acknowledge the God of Israel as he manifests himself in Israel:
"AND JOSHUA SAID, HEREBY YE SHALL KNOW THAT THE LIVING GOD IS AMONG YOU"
[Joshua 3:10]

Isaiah says:
"THUS SAYS THE LORD, THE LABOR OF EGYPT, AND MERCHANDISE OF ETHIOPIA [in
Hebrew: "CUSH"], AND OF THE SABAEANS, MEN OF STATURE, SHALL COME OVER UNTO
YOU, AND THEY SHALL BE YOURS: THEY SHALL COME AFTER YOU; IN CHAINS THEY
SHALL COME OVER, AND THEY SHALL FALL DOWN UNTO YOU, THEY SHALL MAKE
SUPPLICATION UNTO YOU, SAYING, SURELY GOD IS IN YOU; AND THERE IS NO ELSE,
THERE IS NO OTHER GOD" (Isaiah 45:14).
According to our understanding of the Prophet Isaiah (43;3 and 45;14 and
the verses around them) it was predicted that the Lost Ten Tribes would
rule over India, Egypt and much of   Africa. The trade with India would be
theirs, the recompense arriving (via the Suez Canal) at Egypt would be
theirs, and they would transport Black African Sabaeans (many of whom were
large-bodied) across the seas in chains. The whole passage ends on the
point that in the Last Days they will return to worship the True God. In
their own way they had always subconsciously acknowledged the One God Of
Israel to some degree, but had publicly worshipped something else as
explained at length elsewhere in Ephraim. In the Last days Israel will then
worship the True God and descendants of the Negro slaves will also see the
truth and bear witness to the God of Israel. We identify the Lost Ten
Tribes headed by Britain and America as Israel. If we consider Britain and
North America as one "Anglo-Saxon" entity then the Prophecy indicates that
the Lost Ten Tribes are amongst them. The British ruled India. Economically
they gained very much from trade with India, they ruled Egypt and
controlled the Suez Canal linking the Mediterranean Sea with the East. They
also controlled much of Africa and African Slaves in chains were sent by
them and others acting on their behalf across the Sea to North America and
to the West Indies.

The bottom line is that they who wish to identify with us have plentiful
sources for doing so.
