Subject: Re: Lost tribes

Thanks for the information on how to order your book. I just ordered Origin and Biblical Truth.

I am very interested in this story since an occurrence that happened in my childhood...

At age 8 or 9 I found the scripture about how those who bless or curse Israel. I showed it to my father and he tried to explain how that meant the new spiritual Israel. I argued with him and never bought it. Over the years my interest has stayed strong in the subject, which in itself is a mystery. Maybe the reason is that I am an Israelite.

4. Joan Griffith: Brit-Am will be needed Subject: Re: "Brit-Am Now"-540: Why the Mystery?
From: Joan Griffith
"I have learned that success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has had to overcome while trying to succeed."
(I think that quotation applies to this "mystery")

I think Isaiah says knowledge is placed in the scriptures "here a little, there a little," so that the people would NOT understand. Why should this be? Perhaps to protect them in the end times from their enemies? I think that our similar cultures show that we have kept enough for some of us to recognize our roots... but only G-d can open our minds further and deepen our understanding. Only the most committed and dedicated can complete this process...
You know yourself it is hard for people to believe and respond even to the comparatively small amount of history provided through Brit-Am. But guess what--that means your job is secure. Brit-Am will be needed for quite a long time. Joan

5. Jack Flaws: The 7 times punishment period
From: Jack Flaws Subject: Re: "Brit-Am Now"-540: Why the Mystery?

Hey, Yair. I have a rather simple answer to the "mystery." The 7 times punishment period prophesied for both houses.
Ephraim, et al, didn't receive the birthright while in geographical Israel. Those promises given to Abraham and repeated to Isaac and Jacob were not fulfilled until Britain became an empire and the US became a "great" nation. This all began around 1800. This was in accordance with the 2520 year, 7 times period which started with the "official" fall of Ephriam in 721 BC. This 7 times period can be seen for other tribes as well. I remember Judah's history containing more than one starting date for that time period. I remember Jerusalem being liberated by Gen. Allenby, 2520 years after the fall of the House of Judah to Babylon. It's very recognizable when subtracting 2520 from 1917, and adjusting for crossing the BC_CE line. Menasseh was one of the first tribes to fall to the Assyrians, around 744-5BC, which coincides with the American revolution 2520 years later in 1776.
And maybe you noticed that this "proof" can be applied to distinguishing who is and isn't Ephraim and Menasseh. Britain was a nation many centuries before their 2520 punishment period was finished, but they didn't become a "multitude of nations" till 1800.
This also goes for the promise of "gates of your enemies." Ephraim would be the leader in possessing those gates, not Menasseh. As I remember it, only one "gate" was possessed by the US. That was the Panama canal, while Britain had Gibralter, Suez, Cape Hope, the Faulklins, Hong Kong, etc.

Faith Is A Verb

6. Proverbs 1:4-6

“SUBTILTY, KNOWLEDGE AND DISCRETION” One can learn a lot from the words of Solomon. If one manages to put the message of Solomon to heart it is worth much more than years of experience.
DISCRETION: Hebrew "Mizimah" connoting initiative and planning, pre-emptive measures.

It is good to listen to advice and wise sayings and try to relate them to other lessons and experiences one has had in the same field.

[Proverbs 1:6] TO UNDERSTAND A PROVERB, AND THE INTERPRETATION; THE WORDS OF THE WISE, AND THEIR DARK SAYINGS. It is not all easy but it is worth it and one point of understanding opens up other vistas of knowledge.

7. "The Biblical Land Titles" by Steven Shamrak
From: Steven Shamrak

Christianity and Islam insist they have inherited the Jewish tradition and believe in the monotheistic G-d. All three religions include Torah [OldTestimonies] as the written word of G-d. It is considered a great sin to disobey or falsify the words of the Almighty! I would like to present for your perusal two biblical land titles:

“Sarah died in Kiriatharba [Hebron] …” “Avraham weighed-out for Ephron the silver that he spoke of in the hearing of the sons of Cheis, four hundred silver shekel, negotiable currency.” “This became Avraham's [possession] through a purchase before the eyes of the sons of Cheis...” (Genesis 23:2,16,18)

Abraham made sure the purchase of land at Hebron was recorded as a legal sale, not as a gift.

“Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, to you have I given it, as I spoke unto Moses. From the wilderness, and this Lebanon, even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the Great Sea [Mediterraneansea] toward the going down of the sun, shall be your border.” (Joshua1:3,4; Re: Deuteronomy 11:24)

“This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families.” “Ashdod, its towns and its villages; Gaza, its towns and its villages; unto the Brook of Egypt, the Great Sea being the border thereof.” (Joshua15:20,47)
Religious people believe that all that is written in the Torah by G-d is purposeful. Therefore, if you are a Jew, Christian or Muslim you must accept the will of G-d and recognise the right of the Jewish people to live on all the land given to them by G-d. Otherwise, you have been living a life of self-deception or hypocrisy.
