Options for Survival: A Solution to the War in Gaza
by Yair Davidiy

The Gaza War is in fact an Israeli Response to the ongoing non-stop openly-declared war of the Arabs under Hamas against Israel.
On Thursday (Jauary 10, 2009) a Katyushia was fired from Lebanon and struck the residential building of an old-age home in Nehariya in the north of Israel. It so happened that at very time all the inhabitants were eating in the communal dining room.  It was only a miracle that no-one was hurt. The Katyusha was fired in "sympathy" with the Hamas in Gaza.
Meanwhile from Gaza they continued to fire rockets and Kasams at the south of Israel.
Since 2006 Hamas been firing rockets at the south nearly every day and often several times a day.
In 2008 the number of 3,278 rockets were fired at Israel!
They have struck kindergartens, school buildings, busy shopping centers, synagogues, and residential areas. They aim for such targets.
Every time open miracles have happened and relatively few casualties have occurred.
This however has not been because Hamas has not been trying they have been trying very hard.
God has been protecting us but how long can we continue to rely on miracles?
The Israeli Nuclear Reactor in Dimona is now reportedly in the range of Hamas rockets and they will aim for it.
Despite the openly obvious fact that only Divine Providence has so far been protecting Israel from enormous calamities there have been casualties due to Hasam rockets.
People have been killed, injured, and whole communities traumatized and day-to-day activities placed in paralysis.
True it could have been much worse and God has been protecting us but nevertheless it has been bad.
Israel did not attack Gaza.
Gaza attacked Israel!
Every time a rocket is launched from territory controlled by Hamas with the approval of Hamas it means that Hamas is declaring war or so it would mean to anyone else concerning anyone else.
The problem is that the Jews are expected to lie down and let blood-thirsty Gentiles torture, degrade, and kill them.
The whole existence of Hamas is predicated on its declared intention to exterminate all the Jews in Israel.
This is what it has been trying to do.
Hamas was democratically elected.
Hamas' charter calls for the recapturing of the State of Israel and its replacement with a Palestinian Islamic state in the area that is now named Israel, the West Bank, and the Gaza Strip.[5] Hamas describes its conflict with Israel as political and not religious[6] or antisemitic.[7] However, its founding charter, writings, and many of its public statements[8] reflect the influence of antisemitic conspiracy theories.[9]

Hamas's charter calls for the eventual creation of an Islamic Republic in their historic homeland of Palestine, in place of Israel.[58] Hamas sees this view as an Islamic religious duty and prophesy that comes directly from Hadith.[59] In 1999, late Hamas co-founder Sheikh Ahmed Yassin mentioned the year 2027 as the possible date for the "disappearance" of Israel.[60] The group has not issued a clear statement about how it would deal with the current population of Israel, should it succeed in overthrowing Israeli and secular Palestinian government. Abdel Aziz al-Rantissi, one of its co-founders, stated that the movement's goal is "to remove Israel from the map".[61]
According to Steven Erlanger of the New York Times, Hamas excludes the possibility of long-term reconciliation with Israel. "Since the Prophet Muhammad made a temporary hudna, or truce, with the Jews about 1,400 years ago, Hamas allows the idea. But no one in Hamas says he would make a peace treaty with Israel or permanently give up any part of Palestine.".[73]
Article 7 of the Hamas Covenant states the following: "The Day of Judgement will not come about until Muslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Muslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharqad tree would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews." (related by al-Bukhari and Muslem).
Article 22 claims that the French revolution, the Russian revolution, colonialism and both world wars were created by the Zionists. It also claims the Freemasons and Rotary clubs are Zionist fronts.
"You may speak as much as you want about regional and world wars. They were behind World War I, when they were able to destroy the Islamic Caliphate, making financial gains and controlling resources. They obtained the Balfour Declaration, formed the League of Nations through which they could rule the world. They were behind World War II, through which they made huge financial gains by trading in armaments, and paved the way for the establishment of their state. It was they who instigated the replacement of the League of Nations with the United Nations and the Security Council to enable them to rule the world through them. There is no war going on anywhere, without having their finger in it."[113]
Furthermore, Article 32 of the Covenant makes reference to The Protocols of the Elders of Zion:
"Today it is Palestine, tomorrow it will be one country or another. The Zionist plan is limitless. After Palestine, the Zionists aspire to expand from the Nile to the Euphrates. When they will have digested the region they overtook, they will aspire to further expansion, and so on. Their plan is embodied in the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion", and their present conduct is the best proof of what we are saying."
A report by MEMRI from 2002 states that the Hamas monthly Falastin Al-Muslima published a series of articles by Ibrahim Al-'Ali on how Allah punished the Jews by transforming them into animals such as "apes, pigs, mice, and lizards". According to MEMRI, the author stated that "The transformation was actual" and not metaphoric.[114]
Sheik Yunus al-Astal, a Hamas legislator and imam, in a column in the weekly newspaper Al Risalah in 2008 discussed a Koranic verse suggesting that "suffering by fire is the Jews' destiny in this world and the next." Astal concluded "Therefore we are sure that the Holocaust is still to come upon the Jews.[116][117]
"We will not rest until we destroy the Zionist entity" said Hamas leader Fathi Hammad in Gaza on Friday January 2nd 2009 - quoted by the BBC and numerous media sources. [3]
Hamas from a democratic point of view is the legitimate representative not only of Gaza but also of the Arabs living under the Palestinian Authority under Abbas. Fatah under Abbas is in fact a dictatorship headed by a group of gangsters who are falsely
portrayed in the west as being more "moderate". Since they are considered more open and less fanatic Fatah control of the PA  is propped up by western support and finance. Both Fatah and Hamas want the extinction of Israel.
Fatah was founded by Yassser Arafar who was nothing more than a thieving vindictive homosexual murderer who died of AIDS.
Its present head is Mohammed Abbas.
Abbas received a PhD from Moscow University for writing a thesis denying the Holocaust.
Fatah is in effect a branch of the PLO and identical with it.
The PLO is in a sense even more fanatical than Hamas in its desire to destroy Israel.
Hamas openly declares its intentions and is not prepared to compromise on its principles even to achieve a tactical advantage. The PLO is . The PLO is prepared to pretend that it may under certain conditions live with Israel in order to put pressure on Israel to make concessions. As soons as Israel has given up something of its security for the sake of "peace" the PLO will then take advantage of it to attack and kill Jews. We saw this during the Intifada. The West and leftwing Israelis know this. They know that the PLO are treacherous murderers.  Nevertheless they feel that as long as the PLO is prepared to talk and to make agreements the PLO is worth propping up and keeping in power even though most of the Palestinians do not want it and have voted against it. The idea is that any agreement is progress even if the agreement is to be broken almost immediately. This attitude is fed by a combination of foolish stupidity and wickedness. There are those who genuinely believe that by keeping the PLO alive and making agreements with it the cause of peace is furthered.  These are foolish and stupid. There are others who know the truth that by making agreements with the PLO Israel is weakened and it will be easier to destroy Israel.  By forcing Israel to make deals with the PLO even if these deals backfire immediately the guilty parties can always claim they meant well even though they did not. These are the wicked enemies of the Jewish People (despite the fact that some of them may be Jewish themselves). They know what they are doing and that it is bad for Israel and the Jews and that is what they want.
Both the PLO and Hamas want the destruction of Israel.
Hamas is more honest about its intentions and Hamas represents what most of the Arabs want.
They want to exterminate the Jews of Israel even if it means that they themselves may suffer greatly in the attempt.
This whole situation of Hamas being able to freely bombard the south of Israel is a direct result of the "Disengagement" of 2005 in which Israel withdrew from strategic areas in the area of Gaza, destroyed flourishing Jewish settlements, and uprooted 10,000 Jews.
In the eyes of the Arabs the Disengagement was evidence of Israeli weakness and lack of will to defend itself.
The bombardment of Israelite settlements in the south began shortly afterwards. In some cases rockets were launched against Israel from the sites of former Israeli townships that had been destroyed and abandoned in the "Disengagement"!
"From the Israeli withdrawal in 2005 until now, Hamas has launched over 6,500 missiles into Israel. Israelis endured nearly eight attacks a day for three years".
In other words compromise has been tried already. The results of compromise have been disastrous for Israel.
There is nothing Israel can give up on anymore apart from its very existence.
The options at present include:

(a). Letting the situation return to how it was until the Haqmas grows stronger and causes the disintegration of the State of Israel. This apparently is what most of the world wants.
They would want to see the end of the State of Israel and the Jews within it killed or leave.
This is not an exaggeration.
I have visited left-wing forums and debated with "enlightened" intellectuals in the west. They openly declare their wish to see the end of the State of Israel. This is not something that is implied or hinted at that one could pretend not to notice if one so wished. It is a sentiment that they will scream in your face and repeat over and over for your benefit and for theirs. The very idea that Israel will be destroyed seems to give them sensual delight.
[If however because of these sentiments one labels them as anti-Semitic they get all offended.]
They do not care that the Jews have no where to go.
As far as they are concerned the situation should return to what it was in the period 1933-1945 when most of the world closed its doors to Jewish immigration.

(b) Beating Hamas up well and then leaving in the hope that the ability of Hamas is permanently impaired.
This is what they are now doing. It is effective and does help but for how long?
It is also liable one day to backfire on us with the present Arab fanaticism, hatred, desperation, and blood-thirstiness even further intensified.

(c) Encouraging all or most of the Arab population to emigrate. One-third of them already wish to leave.
Why not help them? They are suffering at present. Gaza is over-populated, poverty-stricken, polluted, terrorized by its own low-lifers in religious garb, without hope or options. Help the poor Arabs. Give them hope.
Let them move elsewhere.
This should be a joint project of Israel, the USA, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
They should also involve France and the Scandinavian nations.
Let them find an amenable area in South or Central America and being to fly several million Palestinian unfortunates into it. Let them set up an infrastructure and generous system of compensation to enable them to establish themselves economically and socially.
This is what the Bible says should be the solution:
Isaiah 11:12 speaks of ingathering THE OUTCASTS OF ISRAEL meaning the Lost Ten Tribes
and this refers to the ingathering of the present-day Jews.
After that Ephraim and judah will; be reconciled with each other:
[for more details on these matters see the Brit-Am Commentary to these verses of Isaiah:]
After this the combined forces of Judah and Ephraim shall fly the Palestinians (referred to in Scripture as "Philistines")
to the west while putting other heathen nations that oppose Israel in their place.
The KJ renders the first part of Isaiah 11:14 as:
in the Hebrew original this in fact reads:

It is in fact a commandment upon the Children of Israel to expel all the heathen nations from the Land of Israel.
Numbers (NKJV) 33:
55 But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then it shall be that those whom you let remain shall be irritants in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they shall harass you in the land where you dwell. 56 Moreover it shall be that I will do to you as I thought to do to them.
