Return to pre-Six-Day War borders? Just what does our president think CAUSED the 1967 war? Arabs lost a lot of real estate and Christian clergymen lost even more theological grounds in that war. 1964-65 was my first trip to Israel and I could not visit Calvary, the Mount of Olives or the Temple Mount ' barred to anyone but Moslems. Ministers were declaring it would not be available until the Jews converted!
When we returned in 1969 for nearly 5 years residency in RAMALLAH, then under Israeli military control, we could see the entire coastline from our villa. One evening we counted 11 ships in the Ashdod harbor. Even Jerusalem was 300 feet below us. The so-called West Bank is the mountain backbone of Israel. Taking it away cuts out the very heart of the Promised Land. Not only rockets from Gaza would rain on Jewish homes but the entire country is vulnerable without the mountains.
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting to get different results. Land for Peace is insanity when given to a people who deny you even exist. The only 'justice' in this is spelled 'just us'.
Tonight Glenn Beck asked the question can we not recognize the difference between good and evil' That distinction came clearly to Moses at Mt Sinai and has come down to us who claim to be civilized nations ' through the JEWS. Men who love darkness hate this light and that's why they hate the Jews. The reality check is hatred for God's Love Laws for Living Life on this planet. A hatred of life and a love of death ' as expressed by their own mouths.
Now the nation of Israel is an island of peace surrounded by nations on fire with hatred toward her. Will she be annihilated' Are Jews providentially ingathered to their homeland to be destroyed' The prophets of the Bible call out a resounding NO. For a few samplers, read Isaiah 54, especially verses 7-9; 66:8-14; Jeremiah 31;10-13; Amos 9:14&15; Nahum 1:9, 15. If you want more, contact me.
