.... the Alebion or Albion, who had fled from Assyria to Britain, and from there had been expelled by Brutus from Troy and so moved to Frisia on the Dutch coast. In addition Le Petit (1601) recalls the tradition that a certain 'Brutus' had expelled 'giants' from Britain. These 'giants' were described as refugees from Assyria who from Britain went to Holland and there intermixed with the Saxons who later invaded Britain. 'Goeffrey of Monmouth related that 'Brutus' found a large number of 'giants' in Cornwall, which is known as having had early Phoenician or Phoenician-Israelite contacts. We have here two separate groups who were considered refugees from Assyria and who had peopled Britain.
The Alebion or Alban were evidently a branch of the Alban who peopled Scotland and whom we saw was referred to as "the illustrious son of Isacon" meaning Isaac father of Israel.

Historically these legends reflects the comings and goings of peoples who settled in the British Isles that involved invasion, expulsion, and re-invasions.
We have here another piece of evidence linking them to the Israelites who had been exiled from the Land of Israel by the Assyrians and taken to different parts of the Assyrian Empire....

Scelf Sheafing Equates with Joseph:
The name Sheafing could be derived from Joseph since in the Scythian area the theophoric [name of  God] element was dropped especially when it began with a vowel. There exist a connection and similarity between Tyrgitaus ancestor of the Scyths and Sceld Sheafing. Elsehwere we have shown the existence of a cult idolizing the Patriarch Joseph in the Scythian area.

Sheafing derives from the word "sheaf" and Joseph had dreamt of sheaves of wheat and was symbolized by them.

Sheafing reformed the agricultural and communal practices of his people as did Joseph.

[The very name "Angle" (as in Anglo-Saxon) and Germanic tongues was interchangeable with the word "aegel" which in Hebrew means "bull-calf" and was considered a nickname for Ephraim (Jeremiah 31:18)

2. Edward Anderson: The Case of Casey
 Re: Brit-Am Now no. 1587
#2. Sean Casey Back in the Saddle!

Dear Yair,    I would like to suggest that a "special needs" fund be set up for Mr. Casey as it is apparent that he is in need of severe Psychiatric help!!! It is well documented from what all I have posted on this site, as well as many others, that these so-called "academic historians" REFUSE to acknowledge the clear historical FACTS that have been presented in your articles as well as others who have documented the Israelite/Scythian/Celtic/European connection in all of their independent works. Any "academic scholar" who refuses to acknowledge the clear historical record left by the Israelite peoples because it might upset their cherished pagan apple-cart is a fraud and a liar that should be ignored by any critical thinking people. As far as his claim about the "J" not coming into vogue until the 17th/ century, he is incorrect. It was the late 18th/ century that the "J" was added to the English language. It was borrowed from the German language, and it was and is STILL pronounced as a "Y" in the German tongue!!!!!!!!!!! I had purchased TWO photocopies of the 1588 Geneva Bible and it relied very heavily on Latin letters. It took some getting used to reading it and ALL "J" words were written in the Latin "I". In fact, if one would look at the original KJV of 1611, they too used the Latin "I" in place of all the "J" sounds and all were pronounced as a "Y." It was not until the FOURTH REVISION of the KJV in 1769 that the Latin "I" was replaced with the letter "J" with the English sound that it has today. Up until then, this letter was pronounced as a "Y." To prove the point, even the present KJV STILL pronounces the "J" as a "Y" as in Ps.68:4 his name Jah (pronounced as "Yah") and in "Halelujah" is pronounced as "haleluYah"!!! The problem isn't that the word "Jew" is a modern word, the problem is that it is apparent that there is gross ignorance with the majority of people the about evolution of the alphabet and words used. But then again, maybe Mr. Casey DOES have a point Yair, after all, you people keep insisting on using the Hebrew language down through the centuries when you all could have avoided all of this historical confusion by using the King's English!!!!!! My My!!!

3. Jeremiah 3. A Challenge to the Ten Tribes of Israel
NKJV Translation. Brit-Am Summary. Extracts from Brit-Am Commentary

 1 'They say, 'If a man divorces his wife,
      And she goes from him
      And becomes another man's,
      May he return to her again''
      Would not that land be greatly polluted'
      But you have played the harlot with many lovers;
      Yet return to Me,' says the LORD.

       2 ' Lift up your eyes to the desolate heights and see:
      Where have you not lain with men'
      By the road you have sat for them
      Like an Arabian in the wilderness;
      And you have polluted the land
      With your harlotries and your wickedness.

       3 Therefore the showers have been withheld,
      And there has been no latter rain.
      You have had a harlot's forehead;
      You refuse to be ashamed.

       4 Will you not from this time cry to Me,
       ' My Father, You are the guide of my youth'

       5 Will He remain angry forever'
      Will He keep it to the end''
      Behold, you have spoken and done evil things,
      As you were able.'

6 The LORD said also to me in the days of Josiah the king: 'Have you seen what backsliding Israel has done' She has gone up on every high mountain and under every green tree, and there played the harlot.

 7 And I said, after she had done all these things, 'Return to Me.' But she did not return. And her treacherous sister Judah saw it.

8 Then I saw that for all the causes for which backsliding Israel had committed adultery, I had put her away and given her a certificate of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah did not fear, but went and played the harlot also.

9 So it came to pass, through her casual harlotry, that she defiled the land and committed adultery with stones and trees.

10 And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah has not turned to Me with her whole heart, but in pretense,' says the LORD.

11 Then the LORD said to me, 'Backsliding Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah.

12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say:
      ' Return, backsliding Israel,' says the LORD;
      ' I will not cause My anger to fall on you.
      For I am merciful,' says the LORD;
      ' I will not remain angry forever.

       13 Only acknowledge your iniquity,
      That you have transgressed against the LORD your God,
      And have scattered your charms
      To alien deities under every green tree,
      And you have not obeyed My voice,' says the LORD.

14 'Return, O backsliding children,' says the LORD; 'for I am married to you. I will take you, one from a city and two from a family, and I will bring you to Zion.

15 And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.

16 'Then it shall come to pass, when you are multiplied and increased in the land in those days,' says the LORD, 'that they will say no more, 'The ark of the covenant of the LORD.' It shall not come to mind, nor shall they remember it, nor shall they visit it, nor shall it be made anymore.

17 'At that time Jerusalem shall be called The Throne of the LORD, and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem. No more shall they follow the dictates of their evil hearts.

18 'In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given as an inheritance to your fathers.

19 'But I said:
      ' How can I put you among the children
      And give you a pleasant land,
      A beautiful heritage of the hosts of nations'?
'And I said:
      ' You shall call Me, 'My Father,'
      And not turn away from Me.'

       20 Surely, as a wife treacherously departs from her husband,
      So have you dealt treacherously with Me,
      O house of Israel,' says the LORD.

       21 A voice was heard on the desolate heights,
      Weeping and supplications of the children of Israel.
      For they have perverted their way;
      They have forgotten the LORD their God.

       22 ' Return, you backsliding children,
      And I will heal your backslidings.'
      ' Indeed we do come to You,
      For You are the LORD our God.

       23 Truly, in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills,
      And from the multitude of mountains;
      Truly, in the LORD our God
      Is the salvation of Israel.

       24 For shame has devoured
      The labor of our fathers from our youth'
      Their flocks and their herds,
      Their sons and their daughters.
       25 We lie down in our shame,
      And our reproach covers us.
      For we have sinned against the LORD our God,
      We and our fathers,
      From our youth even to this day,
      And have not obeyed the voice of the LORD our God.'

Brit-Am Summary of Jeremiah 3 and Commentary
Ch.3 The Israelites committed Idolatry. The Lost Ten Tribes continued to worship false gods after being exiled and even became worse. They were divorced and suspended from being considered under the Mosaic Covenant. They were cut off, "Lost". Both Judah and Israel (the Ten Tribes) had their own separate tasks to fulfil. The Ten Tribes will have done what it was historically bound to and they (or a representative proportion of them) will be called from out of the North to return to Zion. Judah will go unto the Ten Tribes to bring them back.

See the Brit-Am Commentary to Jeremiah ch3.
God was with us all the time. We just have to acknowledge HIS presence.
The Talmud says that Jeremiah went out of Israel for a time to the north to bring the Lost Ten Tribes back. A few returned but after King Josiah was killed by the Egyptians they returned to their places of exile.

There follows is a very important point in our studies: Jeremiah (3;8) said, "I HAD SENT HER AWAY WITH A DECREE OF DIVORCE": They were cut off. Their membership in the spiritual body of Israel, of the People of God was as if to say suspended. ...

This is a prior arousal amongst people of Israelite descent who instinctively realize that the time is drawing near when they will have to return to their roots and Renew the Covenant.

The task of  Israel (The Lost Ten Tribes) was that of a nation: they were to reform the Gentile peoples from within and elevate them; to establish a sense of justice and order in the world; to help others; to set up governmental systems and social values that would serves as examples to others; they were also supposed to protect Judah and assist Judah to return to the Land of Canaan and set up the State of Israel therein.

The Divine Presence will be felt everywhere. We will no longer feel the need for an Intermediary between the Almighty and ourselves.

In the future Jerusalem will be center of the world. The Presence of God will be apparent in Jerusalem. All peoples will turn to Jerusalem for instruction.

...The exiles of Judah and Benyamin [i.e. the present-day Jews] are destined to go unto them and bring them back in order to merit with them the Messianic Era and life in the World-To-Come.

...These Lost Jews are also fulfilling the Prophecy of Jeremiah (3:18). They have gone out from Judah to Israel and they are beginning to bring Israel back from the Land of the North. We refer to these people as Captive Jews though Lost Jews may be more appropriate....

God is calling to the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel to return to HIM.

Shame will come upon us because of our sins. We will repent. God will remove our shame. Things will be better.
