1. PALESTINE BELONGS TO THE JEWS BY INTERNATIONAL LAW

Relevance to Brit-Am:

The Bible says that God gave the land of Israel to Israel. That should be enough for us.
Judah is that portion of Israel that never lost its identity and which kept the Law.
Nevertheless we have a principle that whatsoever is established by scripture is paralleled by secular justification.
The Jewish right to the land of Israel may be affirmed (in addition to Briblical Promise) from historical, anthropological, cultural, and legal grounds.
It helps to know.
Palestine (i.e. the Land of Israel) legally belongs to the Jews. The note below affirms this.

I do not know if you have seen this or not but it may bless your heart and you may want to share it with other Jewish people. This is Joseph helping Judah his older brother in the true sense of the word. Canada or at least its people of British descent is part of the tribes through the British immigrants. Did you know that a friend of mine's father is Canadian. She is quite elderly. Her father, a Canadian came to Australia as a young man to join the Australian Light Horse and he was in the famous Light Horse Charge at Beersheva in 1917? I am a bit rusty.

Did you know that in 1920, pursuant to international law, Palestine and Jerusalem were awarded to the Jewish Nation.
That's right.
The purpose of the award was to enable Jews to reconstitute the Jewish national home there.
And nothing has happened since to cancel that decision. Not only that, there is no court or body in the world with the jurisdiction to alter or cancel that decision.

Dr Jacques P Gauthier is a friend of mine who practices international law in my old home town of Toronto. Before I made aliya, he kindly gave me an autographed copy of his Magnum Opus. He spent twenty years studying for and writing his PhD thesis which is that Jerusalem legally belongs to the Jews. The matter according to him is res judicata. i.e. legally decided.
In this 56 minute talk, he passionately explains why. I urge you to take the time to listen to it.

Jacques Gauthier is a great friend of the Jews but first and foremost his loyalty is to the law.

The agenda behind most Conspiracy Freak ideologies is hatred of the Jews and of the Anglo-Saxons.

Regardless of the pros and cons of Conspiracy Theory (which we understand is false and misleading) it may be clearly seen that most advocates of these doctrines have anti-Jewish and anti-Western motivations.
They in their own way identify the Jews with "Anglo" peoples and instinctively hate both of them.
In an obverse way this too is a proof of Brit-Am Israelite Identity.
The enemy knows us even if we are somewhat loathe to recognize ourselves!

Below is an extract we picked up on the Net. We have not yet seen the whole work and therefore do not know whether or not we agree with all its contents.
The quotation below however in its own right is worth noting;

In its more extreme form this is the theory that Washington, D.C., is the center of ZOG (Zionist Occupied Government) with Israel and the Jewish lobby pulling the proverbial purse strings. Behind Uncle Sam stands Uncle Shylock with a hotline to Jerusalem.

A more widespread and popular notion is that a cabal of Jewish officials secretly engineered the Second Persian Gulf War in 2003. Attention abroad was especially focused on a small group of Jews holding high positions in the Pentagon (Paul Wolfowitz, Douglas Feith, and Elliott Abrams), working with another circle of Jewish intellectuals including Charles Krauthammer, William Kristol, Robert Kagan, and the unclassifiable Richard Perle. They were depicted as neoconservative architects of the Iraqi adventure. These hard-liners were presumed to be followers of a long-forgotten German Jewish philosopher named Leo Strauss, or else parodied as "inverted Trotskyists" who had somehow metamorphosed into hawkish neocons.

More important, they were overwhelmingly Jewish. Hence their aim of democratizing the Middle East was interpreted by some more malevolent critics as primarily an attempt to weaken Israel's Arab neighbors.
America's "superhawks" (as the BBC sardonically branded them) must have had a hidden Zionist agenda, which they then successfully sold to the Gentile Republicans President Bush, Vice President Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and Condoleezza Rice. Thus they had cleverly managed to hijack American foreign policy in the service of Ariel Sharon. (fn 14)

Relevance to Brit-Am:

The cause of Israel is a justified one. It is a Biblical Commandment to occupy the land and expel the non-Israelite squatters illegally sitting there. This is the basic truth.
Motherless it is worth knowing that Israeli forces relatively speaking are humane.
Under the circumstances they are probably better than any other force would be under similar conditions.
Israel is regularly accused of all kinds of atrocities etc. Mostly these accusations are false.
More often than not the Israelis are too kind and considerate for their own good.
This is something worth being aware of.

Despite what is written below we think on some points Israel has made (and is making) mistakes in dealing with the Palestinians.
These include:
Use of women soldiers at checkpoints etc: This degrades Arab manhood and is unnecessary.
Empowerment of Arab females at the expense of the males: Both Arab males and females resent this interference.
Checkpoints could be more efficient etc.
Work opportunities could be increased despite security problems.
[Arabs are often better than most foreign workers. Economic prosperity can make for less tension.]
Those Arabs who identify with Israel etc should be looked after better and protected in their own communities.
Arabs who wish to leave to other countries should be encouraged and helped to do so.
A whole apparatus should be set up to facilitate such emigration.

Israel's relationship to the Palestinians has always been globally approached with standardized heavy criticism made to Israel. The main charges waved in Israel's face have always been "the Disapropriate use of force" and "discrimination".

Israel's critics, either willingly or out of ignorance, choose to overlook the way many Arab countries mistreat Palestinians. Some Arab countries are almost never blamed for what they have been doing to the Palestinians for decades. Such selective recognition of facts by Israel?s critics is bizarre when weighed by truth instead of myths.

In December of 2008, Israel launched operation "cast lead" against Hamas which was launching rockets on Southern Israel on a daily basis. This operation has resulted in the death of more than 1,400 Palestinians, many said to be civilians; an absolute tragedy, nonetheless, those criticizing Israel fail to recognize that the number of causalities is small comparing to Gaza's population of 1.5 million, considering the high density of Gaza's population per square kilometre, the number suggests the Israeli forces were very cautious in carrying out their attacks, despite the fact that they were chasing a moving target, Hamas militants. If Israeli forces were targeting Palestinian civilians, the number of the dead would have reached tens of thousands.

On comparison; in 1976, Lebanese militiamen butchered 2,000 Palestinians; almost wiping out the entire population of Tell al-Zaatar refugee camp within days. This was revisited again in 1982 in Sabra and Shatelah massacre; where, in less than four days, Lebanese militiamen killed thousands of women and children who posed no threat as most Palestinian fighters had left then to Tunisia. Two years ago, al-Jazeera satellite network aired rare footage of Palestinians running to Israeli soldiers for refuge from the massacre.

Furthermore, most Arab atrocities against Palestinians have included documented rape cases, even of children, while not a single rape case has been reported against Israeli forces in more than sixty years of operations.

Arab governments' oppression of the Palestinians does not stop at bloodshed and wholesale slaughters, in fact the more troubling aspects of the way they treat Palestinians is in the systematic long-range exclusion and discrimination. In Arab countries where Palestinians make up a good percentage of the population; they are depraved of all basic necessities, starting with education, down to basic healthcare. Even at countries that have granted the Palestinians citizenships; the Palestinians stand helpless and banned from every potential to improve their livelihoods.

Israel, on the other hand, has always allowed Palestinians to work there and to get paid in Western standards, and even had allowed them generous access to healthcare. In fact, Israel has also welcomed Palestinians as visitors, patients and even as investors, this generosity was only limited when Hamas started bombing Israeli civilians with no signs of an end in sight.

The complexity Israel has with Palestinians revolves around security rather than ideological issues; Israel does not have an aim to enslave the Palestinians for life or purposely degrade their humanity. While many Arab countries have designed their systems to discriminate and humiliate the Palestinians, squeezing them into illiteracy and poverty while milking them for tax money.

This has become most visible recently with calls in some Arab countries to revoke citizenships of all Palestinians there and actually to force them to seek local guarantors to obtain residency, thus enslaving them for life.

Still, while the world is most vocal about Israeli military operations, it fails to recognize that Israel has been dealing with non-stop unrest on its soil since the breakout of the Intifada in 1987. Has that Intifada taken place in any Arab country; it would have ended within the first couple of weeks with an Arab army killing more than ten thousands Palestinians, most being civilians. Examples of this are countless and in all Arab countries hosting Palestinians; yet the world seems to think this reality is too overrated to recognize.

Meanwhile, the world will remain silent about the Palestinians' suffering at the hands of some of their "brothers", as it's too occupied with Israel.
