The Hizbullah terrorist organization is slowly but surely taking over the
Lebanese army, IDF sources said Wednesday. Israeli media quoted military
officials saying that more Shi'ite Muslims, who are represented by Hizbullah,
are joining the Lebanese army.
Unlike Christian Arabs in the army, the Shi'ites are deployed close to the
Israeli border in southern Lebanon, which is dominated by Hizbullah. The IDF
also has noted that many Lebanese villages near the border are expanding and
being used as Hizbullah observation posts on Israel.

Iran's nuclear program inspires perennial rumours of an Israeli air raid.
No one really knows if one is coming. But if it does, it wont be a
conventional bombing run. Israel has quietly developed powerful jamming,
spoofing and electronic weapons to confuse the mullahs before, during and
after an attack.
A combined squad of Heron drones, manned electronic attack planes from a
unit called the Sky Crows and fighter jocks in F-15s and F-16s would execute
the attack on Iran s nuclear facilities. The Israeli team will spoof the
radars on the Iranian air defence weapons, telling their monitors that
either no planes are in the sky or hundreds are. A separate spoofing effort
will disrupt cellphone networks. Then the Israelis will hit the Iranian
militarys command network with a distributed denial of service attack...
Israel may have already given its joint electronic-air attack a test run. In
2007, when it bombed Syrian nuclear facilities, Israel reportedly remotely
disabled the tripwires on Syria 's air defences. Reportedly, it pumped the
sensors on those air defences full of data streams that the sensors think
are commands from the systems administrator.
The U.S. has looked at Israel's electronic warfare weapons with interest.
The Navy wants its forthcoming next-generation jammer to do many of the same
things - especially inserting malware into an adversarys command network .
The Pentagons chief information officer has launched a study into how the
military safeguards its own electromagnetic spectrum from infiltration or
attack. If there is an Israeli attack on Iran, US military planners will
probably be taking notes...

Britain is heading for a potential rift with Israel over plans for legislation
designed to curb foreign funding of so-called human rights and civil society
organisations that are mainly critical of government policy. Matthew Gould, the
British ambassador in Tel Aviv, has already taken the unusual step of warning
Ofir Akunis, the architect of the bill, and a Knesset member in Mr Netanyahu's
ruling Likud Party, that the measure would reflect badly on Israel.
(b) Dirty British Money for Arab Nazi
Fanatics and Jewish Anti-Israel Quislings.
The UK gives one million pounds sterling per year to the Israeli
Organization Peace Now.
It also gives large sums to numerous other organizations in Israeli. All These
bodies are either Palestinian or pro-Palestinian.
They work for the destruction of Israel or at the least for the end of Israeli presence in Judah and Samaria.
Israeli needs these territories to fulfil its Biblical destiny, to maintain its population, for its ecological safety, for its security, and very existence.
Did Britain like Libya giving money to the IRA?

As Iran inches closer to nuclear weapons, the U.S., Britain and Canada announce
new sanctions on the Islamic Republic.

The United States, Britain and Canada have all announced a new set of tougher
sanctions on Iran over its nuclear program.
The announcements are in accordance with an earlier report which said that
Western countries are preparing such sanctions.
The Associated Press reported that the American sanctions target Iran's oil and
petrochemicals industry and Iranian companies involved in nuclear procurement or
enrichment activity.
The U.S. has also declared Iran's banking system a center for money laundering,
a way of warning financial institutions around the world to think twice before
doing business with Tehran.
Meanwhile, the British Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne, said that
all UK credit and financial institutions had to cease trading with Iran's banks
starting Monday afternoon, according to a report on the BBC.
'We believe that the Iranian regime's actions pose a significant threat to the
UK's national security and the international community,' Osborne was quoted as
having said. 'Today's announcement is a further step to preventing the Iranian
regime from acquiring nuclear weapons.'
It is the first time the UK has cut off a country's banking sector in this way,
the BBC noted.
Canada has also announced measures against the Islamic Republic. Government
House Leader Peter Van Loan said on Monday that among other measures, Canada
will 'block virtually all transactions with Iran, including those with the
Central Bank.'
'The regime in Iran poses a significant threat to regional and global peace,'
Van Loan was quoted by CTV News as having said. 'We will do what it takes to
isolate the regime and to minimize the risk that it poses.'
A statement from Canada's Foreign Affairs Department said the sanctions also
include expanding the list of items that cannot be exported to Iran to include
all goods used in the petrochemical, oil and gas industry.
The Canadian government will also be expanding the list of individuals Canadians
can no longer conduct business with, CTV reported.
The sanctions follow a November 8 report by the U.N. International Atomic Energy
Agency that made it clear Iran's nuclear development program is not intended
solely for peaceful domestic purposes, as it has claimed. The report detailed
evidence that Iranian scientists are producing nuclear warheads to be fitted on
to Shahab-3 long-range missiles. The Shahab-3 is able to reach the State of
Israel.
